Interesting class today. I hope I did not bore all of you with my war stories. Customer service is very essential in my past employment, and using some different approaches to solve difficult situations. By no means, I am expert and I have learn to approach with a open mind and expect the unexpected from people. Thank you for your advice and knowledge. To me, I have a instructor who cares about the students and I would inform your boss about it. You have given me a good understanding of computers, but I must retain the information in my memory.

Thought I’d let you know that virus on my sister’s computer wouldn’t even let her get on the internet any more it would go to a black screen, I had to to remove all the virus programs on her computer and when she removed avg the popups stopped. I had her go ahead and download malware bytes and within a few minutes it had already found 4 viruses. I told her to let it run and then call me if she had any questions when it got done. The only thing I can figure is maybe the program had attatched itself to her antiviral program? I don’t know she found files dating all the way back to may with the agent.azsy file attatched to it so she may not have had the *.* virus after all Any way if there is something else I need to do would you mind emailing and let me know? this is the one i really messed up, but its my fault, not yours. i dont think ill need active directory in a home networking environment, but you never know

Learned a lot mr. bedo sir. Its just that i lost interest, i began, only wanting to build,troubleshoot, fix pc’s. Some of the networking stuff i will be able to use in my shop in tracy city tennesee, especially for home networking, but i wont need all of it. I enjoyed the classes, it just wasnt sinking in, im more better suited for Business Mgt. Best of luck to you and your students, your amongst the best at Draughons
