Principles of Management – 3/11/2008
Tonight we covered Chapter 11, dealing with communication. Communication is incredibly important in management, because managers communicate all the time. We specically covered the communication model, which is made up of a sender, receiver, a message which is encoded and decoded, feedback, and noise.
We also talked about things that can interfere with our messages arriving at their intended recepients and discussed some ways to work around those problems.
