Welcome to Network+ Training! Today we did the first four chapters of the Mike Meyers book “All-in-One Network+ Certification” (3rd Edition) and I think everything went pretty well. Remember, mini-test every week, starting next week, so make sure you know plenty about physical/logical topologies, the OSI model, cable types, etc.
Tonight my smallest class ever (more commonly known as Todd) met and blasted through Chapters 1-4. Remember, Todd, make sure you know the seven layers of the OSI model, the different types of cabling and the 4 physical/2 logical topologies we talked about. Test next week!
Welcome back from the break!
Today we busied ourselves with installing Windows 2003 Server and covering Chapters 1, 2, and 3 of the 297 book. Remember, next week we have a test over those chapters! Make sure you study!!!
Welcome back! Today we covered Chapters 1-3 of the XP Pro (70-270) book, and did the corresponding labs.
REMEMBER! We have a test every week now, and next week’s test will be on Chapters 1-3 of the XP Pro book. Be prepared!
Welcome to Ben’s Blog! If you’re reading this, chances are you are enrolled in one of my Network Support Administrator classes at Draughons Junior College. Be sure to leave a comment — especially if this is your first time seeing Ben’s Blog — to get some practice using this tool.
If this is your first time, make sure you bookmark this site and visit it often! I will be posting a summary of what we do each day in class, along with some random outside information and, are you ready, extra credit! You’ll also find links to resources that I think will come in extremely handy during your tenure here as a student.
The Winter 2007 quarter is going to be a great quarter, I can feel it.
