Welcome to Network+ Training! Today we did the first four chapters of the Mike Meyers book “All-in-One Network+ Certification” (3rd Edition) and I think everything went pretty well. Remember, mini-test every week, starting next week, so make sure you know plenty about physical/logical topologies, the OSI model, cable types, etc.

Welcome to Ben’s Blog! If you’re reading this, chances are you are enrolled in one of my Network Support Administrator classes at Draughons Junior College. Be sure to leave a comment — especially if this is your first time seeing Ben’s Blog — to get some practice using this tool.

If this is your first time, make sure you bookmark this site and visit it often! I will be posting a summary of what we do each day in class, along with some random outside information and, are you ready, extra credit! You’ll also find links to resources that I think will come in extremely handy during your tenure here as a student.

The Winter 2007 quarter is going to be a great quarter, I can feel it.
